Based in fantastic offices in Old Street, our client is a transformative clinical-stage medical company changing the lives of patients living with serious diseases. This growing company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure smooth running of office operations, being the first point of contact for suppliers, visitors and employees. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, growing and positive workplace in an integral role.

Duties include:

  • Project manage internal office moves
  • Managing contracts for office supplies, facilities and catering etc
  • Monitor office budget
  • Act as main point of contact
  • Coordinate events
  • Organise and arrange meeting rooms
  • Maintain files and records
  • Support teams with various administrative tasks
  • Update company policy documents
  • Post collection/distribution
  • Assist in key projects when needed

  • Clear and effective oral and written communication essential
