The Role

Do you want to market a SaaS product, platform and brand that is at the centre of a major new movement towards conversational customer engagement and customer friendships?

We’re looking for a motivated Solutions Consultant to be responsible for understanding, promoting and effectively positioning their product in ways that will strengthen the brand and business.


What you’ll be doing

In this role you’ll act as both Solution Architect and Solutions Consultant at the same time in relation to pre-sales, Proof of Concept and at times the onboarding process and training. Together with Account Executives and CX Engagement Consultants, you’ll help customers utilize all features of the product so they can meet their customers in the way they want.

You will be responsible for understanding the customer’s requirements and quickly create a Proof of Concept showing how the platform can help them achieve their goals across all channels. The position requires you are both sales-focused and technically strong.

The Solution Consultant is an important member of the sales team. Working with Account Executives and CX Manager your role is very clear: secure the technical product selection. This includes all areas you can expect in a pre-sale’s environment: discovery, value-based demos, Proof of Concept, ROI-analysis and much more.

You’ll work with a wide range of customers: big and small and in several verticals. You feel as much home doing remote demos as doing them in front of a boardroom filled with executives.

You’ll be a pre-sales professional offering highly technical and customer-focused solutions to customers as well as to colleagues.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can think outside the box and find solutions to potential problems. Finally, you’ll be working from the early stages of a sales engagement through to the final presentation.


About you

·You’re able to collect customer feedback and funnel it back into the product development

·You’re comfortable presenting and being an advocate at various public and private Customer Experience events

·Teamwork comes naturally to you, and you’re excited about working closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product

·You’re talented at quickly finding simple solutions to complex problems

·You have experience with technical platforms

·You have experience with hardware, hosted or cloud-based phone solution an advantage

·Customer service management experience a plus

·Call centre experience desired

·You have experience mapping RFP requirements for software solutions

·You have experience with discovery, scoping, management and execution of customer pilots and Proof of Concept

·You’re able to work across the company when required

·You’re highly qualified in integrating SaaS applications

·You have previous experience in advising about and implementing enterprise software solutions

·You have thorough knowledge about call centre and customer service platforms

·You have knowledge about web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS; JavaScript, API and SaaS applications

·You can act as a resource for Customer Success in regard to on-boarding, training,
