Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for leading global application-specific key accounts (i.e., customers) to achieve defined targets.

Main Accountabilities: 
• Manages one or more key accounts.
• Assumes global responsibility for the assigned key accounts.
• Defines strategy for assigned key accounts.
• Defines long-term growth target by application per key account.
• Defines budgeting targets for key accounts.
• Develops business at key accounts according to targets.
• Drives activities to serve the needs of key accounts.
• Manages key account projects/programs.
• Manages key account contracts.
• Quick connector sales only: Responsible for regionally assigned quick connector accounts.

Predominant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Methodical knowledge of screening and mapping customer insights to internal stakeholders
• Market and technical knowledge/aptitude within the respective application portfolio
• Ability to lead projects
• Ability to handle strategic topics
• Ability to effectively work with multiple cultures
• Proficient in management processes including the use of sales pipelines
• Profound understanding of Oetiker products/applications/assembly solutions
• Proven ability to learn
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability work with key stakeholders and global accounts

• Knowledge of support processes, quality management systems/principals, intellectual property, and how to apply them

Qualifications

Bachelor level degree in Engineering or other field supplemented with relevant technical experience
Fluent/Native Korean
Business English
