Job Description
Position Summary:
To establish and maintain a zero-accident workplace, ensure the company's compliant operation, and continuously improve EHS performance.
Essential Functions:
- Compliance & System Management: Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and corporate standards, maintaining an effective management system.
- Risk Control: Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and implementation of control measures to eliminate workplace hazards.
- Training & Culture Promotion: Monitoring HSE training and emergency drills, fostering a strong safety culture.
- Incident Management & Improvement: Investigate incidents and near-misses, implement corrective actions, and ensure closed-loop management.
- Environment & Emergency Management: Oversee environmental compliance and optimize emergency response plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE management experience in a manufacturing environment, with familiarity of plant safety management.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO 45001/14001/14064/14067).
- Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Engineer) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination, risk anticipation, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
