Job Description
- By utilizing OPS and L2L Team board, will monitor daily production using L2L, quality output and follow up on excessive downtime and initiate course of action.
- Schedule daily production, allocate resources as required, ensure vacation coverage and control of overtime activity.
- Conduct department employee meetings at the start of shift and participate in Gemba walks.
- Provide timely feedback to enhance performance and create a positive work environment for the employees.
- Provide feedback and recommendations regarding training or coaching of personnel.
- Complete Team Leader, 5S and verification audits.
- Collect and reconcile work orders.
- Monitor preventative maintenance activities to ensure completion
- Follow and Enforce compliance to all Health & Safety, Environmental, Legal, Quality, and Oetiker policies and procedures.
- Responsible for leading and implementing OPS improvements.

Education / Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- College diploma, preferably in a relevant field
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in automotive manufacturing or high volume manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
