Job Description

  • Maintain & update in SAP all relevant parameters, to secure the accuracy of Standard Costs (Material Master).
  • Managing Standard Cost calculation process in the EMEA plants
  • Analysis of production order variances
  • Actual/Plan comparison including deviation analysis and review of such together with department heads (account/cost center level)
  • Monitoring and Analysis of production costs
  • Contribution Margin and Profitability Analysis
  • Perform month-end closing activities, including account analysis and inventory evaluation
  • Interpretate, visualize and comment of results and data
  • Strong collaboration with accounting team and production department heads
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the plants in EMEA region
  • Support establishing CAPEX applications and post implementation analysis
  • Participation in global projects and cooperation with other Production Controllers

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SAP FI/CO (SAP S/4 HANA will be further a plus)
  • You have at least 3 years professional experience on a production controller position 
  • Strong experience in standard cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within a production or supply chain environment.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets and financial modeling.
  • A strategic thinker who can provide insights and recommendations to optimize operations and drive business improvements.
  • A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and leadership.
  • A motivated and autonomous professional, eager to take on new projects and support business growth.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • The role requires 3 days per week physical presence at factory
  • Some Business Travel in Europe
