Job Description

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 (based upon experience)

Position Summary:

Support the evaluation, validation, and documentation of new and existing processes.

  • Responsible for released machines, tools, and processes
  • Provide process documentation (work instructions, box counts, operator training documents, etc.)
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagrams
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential changes in production methods
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing processes to reduce waste

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 3-5 years’ manufacturing experience
  • Must be able to work in a team setting
  • Experience with automated machinery
  • Analytical, able to solve complex technical problems
  • Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
  • PFMEA, PFD, and control plan experience

This is a 1st shift position. Regular hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm  Monday - Friday
