Our production plant in Poland, opened in 2018, supplies millions of high-end clamps, rings and ‘Quick Connectors’ solutions to customers in the vehicle and manufacturing industries. Our team is responsible for the V-Clamps and Straps product groups. These are used mostly for exhaust systems and tank fixation systems in the vehicle powertrain. Strengthen our team in Legnickie Pole (Legnica) at the earliest possible date!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take part in projects related with future technologies for next generation mobility - e-mobility and Hydrogen,
• Driving on each development phase (idea, mock ‘up, prototypes, pre-serial production),
• Designing product (sheet metal parts and assemblies) and process (stamping, forming, assembly tooling),
• Defining test and analyzing test results,
• Further tasks as instructed by Head R&D Process and Product Development V-clamps and Straps.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Higher degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc, MSc),
• Professional experience 5+ years in the field of mechanical engineering, product or process design, 
• High technical understanding and enthusiasm for the implementation of technical and test relevant topics with high practical relevance,
• Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.

• Proven professional experience in working with methods which supporting ideation process (Design Thinking, TRIZ, others)
• Author of patents
• Experience in projects which are starting from market requirements without product definition and specification
• Proven professional experience in the development of stamped, bent and welded parts

HOW YOU’LL WORK

• R&D office and Test Center is Located close to production area (you will see effects of your development in serial production),
• Designing on state-of-the-art tools (CAD Laptop, 3D connection, Solidworks, Ansys, Jira)
• Taking part in testing and supporting test engineers in our test center
• Testing feasibility at prototype shop or production (with use of 3D printers FDM, SLS, machined parts)
• Measuring results (Keyence, Mitutoyo) and performing results analysis (Excel)
