Its core products include clamps and rings, straps, quick connectors, assembly and disassembly tools, and aftermarket kits, mainly focus to the Passenger Vehicle and Industrial Applications markets. 

Our production plant in Poland, opened in 2018, supplies millions of high-end clamps, rings and ‘Quick Connectors’ solutions to customers in the vehicle and manufacturing industries. Our team is also partly responsible for the multi-crimp rings product group. These rings are used for cooling, heating and air intake systems in the vehicle powertrain. Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will formulate and launch a marketing automation infrastructure and lead management process, launch targeted campaigns authored by Application Marketing Teams and provide frequent, ongoing measurement and reporting of ROI and KPIs with the goal of demonstrating tangible, measureable growth directly from specific marketing initiatives.

The person in this role will be a Pardot expert and a Salesforce user who will strategize, execute, monitor and report on full-funnel lead generation and lifecycle methodologies, creating and maintaining successful marketing automation and lead management processes. Includes planning, authoring, implementing and enhancing processes, cadences, workflows, campaigns and strategies that generate new leads, by engaging prospects and existing customers.

This role will also include management of other marketing platforms including updates, improvements and translation management for the corporate website, video hosting management and other marketing platform management tasks as needed. 

Essential Functions

  • Work with Application Marketing Managers and broader Marketing organization to coordinate campaigns and customer journeys across multiple channels in an integrated way.
  • Grow organic opt-in email list through optimized digital campaigns and sales enablement tools.
  • Program, configure, test, deploy, monitor, track, and report on campaigns; including email, social, web, content marketing, landing pages, forms and lead scoring.
  • Manage lists in Pardot, ensuring the list data is clean and contains available field values; Develop pre-campaign analytics to ensure appropriate segmenting and targeting of prospects and customers.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve marketing assets and campaign performance.
  • Prepare and manage the schedule of marketing campaigns (across channels and market segments). Work with stakeholders to create campaign calendars and make recommendations on personalization and optimization strategies.
  • Create and deliver reports and dashboards of KPIs. Measure, monitor and communicate key metrics (including ROI) and analyze effectiveness of campaigns across channels (Pardot, web, social) to maximize results and adjust campaign structure when needed. Leveraging Pardot and Salesforce reports/dashboards, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.
  • Train marketing colleagues on how to run reports, analyze programs and accomplish basic tasks within Pardot, as well as future marketing platforms.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of marketing platforms (including Pardot) by implementing data hygiene best practices.
  • Manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects at different stages of completion and due dates.
  • Ensure all campaign elements meet brand standards, are innovative, and of the highest quality.
  • Primary point of contact for day-to-day user requests and support within Pardot.
  • Manage corporate website content (including translations), improvement projects and maintenance as needed.
  • Support day-to-day Corporate Marketing needs as requested.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Expert level experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot required), CRM platforms (Salesforce required), analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studios and Salesforce reports / dashboards preferred).
  • Experience with inbound and outbound marketing, including experience building inbound marketing programs from start to finish.
  • Experience building and styling email campaigns, email templates, developing forms and landing pages.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing strategies (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, Social Media, Email Campaigns, Google Ads etc) with the ability to analyze, track and manage campaign performance.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including email and marketing industry standards, spam and data privacy laws (including GDPR), content creation, audience segmentation / targeting and campaign automation.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and web development programs strongly encouraged.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications are a plus, but not required. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro)
  • Ability to tie high-level business objectives to marketing objectives and actionable strategies, providing detailed reporting and ROI to support marketing efforts.
  • Unparalleled problem-solving skills to quickly identify, articulate and craft processes and concepts, and provide easy-to-use practices to a global audience.
  • Excellent quantitative skills with an ability to identify trends / insights from data and make improvement recommendations.
  • Exceptional project management skills (from idea inception to implementation and results reporting), strategic planning, 1-1 consultation, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorites.
  • Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly is a must.
  • Effective communication experience and critical thinking skills with demonstrated success in effectively driving results.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines without direct supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or other related field
  • At least 3 years experience planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
  • At least 3 years experience with Pardot and Salesforce.
