Job Description

We are on a journey to change how work with data and implement a modern cloud-based architecture.
As a key player in our small BI-team you will be responsible for the conceptual design and development of integrations and load processes for SAP data and many other data sources, as well as for the design and implementation of data models, data warehouses, data marts etc.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a BI Data Engineer your main responsibilities will include:

  • Be responsible for the entire ETL process
  • Design and further development of standardized KPI’s and reports and execution of complex ad-hoc analysis
  • Find ways to do things differently and better

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

We see that you are an experienced data engineer with: 

  • University degree in IT / Data Science / Technology / Economics
  • Good English, verbal and written 
  • Interest in and strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, ETL processes and Data Warehouses
  • Cloud data and analytics tools (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks or similar)
  • Good communication & training skills, able to interact effectively with people
  • Structured way of working and documentation of work

Beneficial if you have knowledge in:

  • SAP BW on HANA and SAP ERP
  • Front-end analytics tools (SAC, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or similar)
  • Web service integrations using REST API’s
  • SQL, R, Python
  • Experience in algorithms and predictive analytics
