  • By utilizing OPS and L2L Team board, will monitor daily production using L2L, quality output and follow up on excessive downtime and initiate course of action.
  • Schedule daily production, allocate resources as required, ensure vacation coverage and control of overtime activity.
  • Conduct department employee meetings at the start of shift and participate in Gemba walks.
  • Provide timely feedback to enhance performance and create a positive work environment for the employees.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations regarding training or coaching of personnel.
  • Complete Team Leader, 5S and verification audits.
  • Collect and reconcile work orders.
  • Monitor preventative maintenance activities to ensure completion
  • Follow and Enforce compliance to all Health & Safety, Environmental, Legal, Quality, and Oetiker policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for leading and implementing OPS improvements.

Education / Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • College diploma, preferably in a relevant field
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in automotive manufacturing or high volume manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949
