Job Description

·       Coordinates lean/continuous improvemeng activities at local facilities.

·       Leads the local Oetiker Production System(OPS)Steering Committee in achieving              OPS standards and strategic objectives.

·       Leads local workshops and training sessions.

·       Supports local process facilitators across all shift.

·       Plans/conducts local OPS audits.

·       Track,analyzes,and reports on local OPS activities,as necessary.

·       Organizes local OPS communications.

·       Strong knowledge of lean/continuous improvement  concepts/principles(e.g,.Kaizen,5S,standard work, TPM,quick change over/SMED).

·       Profound Knowledge of processes in an (automotive)OEM environment.

·      Demonstrated ability to lead projects/project teams.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

·      Ability to speak/write in English at an intermediate level.

·      Ability to work with the hightest levels of integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree

·      5-10 years of lean experience

·      Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO 14001
