Develop, implement, audit and maintain the business management system in accordance to applicable standards (eg. ISO 9001, IAFT 16949, ISO 14001) and customer requirements.

• Create and maintain Company documentation
• Lead teams through utilization of a systemic approach to identify, analyze, troubleshoot and implement improvement opportunities of the products, processes and business management system.
• Liaise with Customers to support Customer and Company requirements.
• Liaise with Suppliers to support Company requirements and develop suppliers to improve performance.

• University degree or technical diploma in a related field preferred.
• Preference to formal Quality education and ASQ certifications such as CQE, CSSGB, CQA.
• Minimum 5 years in a Quality Engineering or similar role in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Experience dealing directly with customers.
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
•  Proven competency in the use of the 7 basic Quality Tools and the AIAG Core Tools
• Knowledge of metrology (advanced)
•  Able to effectively prepare and conduct product and process audits (internal and supplier) to applicable standards and report audit results.
