Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for accounts / Finance related activities, budgets, audit to ensure timely and accurate reposting.
Essential Functions:
- Finance & Accounting:
√ Ensure maintenance of all books of accounts.
√ Carry out all financial functions including payables, receivables, credit and accounting.
√ Prepare & maintain tax records, tax documentation, tax compliance, tax reporting, tax planning and financial compliance functions.
√ Preparing and providing financial statements for external use ensuring that all documentation complies with company policy and professional standards.
√ Carrying out accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining accounting records and documentation.
√ Ensures compliance with all company law regulations & requirements.
Budgeting
√ Coordinate with various departments and prepare the budgets.
√ Develop checks and balances for monitoring budgets.
√ Assist in presentation of budgets.
Audit
√ Conduct audits ( finance/cost/tax) periodically of various departments.
√ Submit reports to the management and ensure compliance
√ Educate the sections heads on various costing, finance and tax related activities.
√ Prepare and maintain records relating to assets of the company.
MIS
√ Responsible for data entry input and reporting using ERP/SAP
√ Monitor and prepare report on performance measure
√ Prepare financial reports and presenting findings and recommendations to management.
√ Implementing and monitoring goals and objectives laid down by management.
Treasury
√ Prepare and maintain records relating to investing corporate funds.
MCA Compliance
Coordination with consultant CS, to ensure that all compliances are completed on time
Ensure Financial Compliance through IFCFR controls
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
√ Data analysis

√ Logic and reasoning.
Education & Experience:
√ Qualified CA + CS with valid membership numbers
√ Sound knowledge of SAP must
√ 8 to 10 yrs experience in functional areas.
