Job Description

Position Summary

Sales support, RFQ and key account management, follow-up, pre-order business activities management APQP

Essential Functions

  • Price list updating and maintenance.
  • PPAP / ISIR follow up.
  • Taking care of lead time of parts.
  • SAP CRM usage and reporting, customer master database maintanence
  • Regular report to Head Sales and Commercial Operations Japan, Head Technical Sales Management Japan and Key Account Managers with business updates and account / project information.
  • Ensure effective communication and close work between customers and each dept. of OEJ.
  • Other task assigned by line managers.
  • Office administration
  • Support to other functions located outside Japan such as IT, Finance, Human Resoueces Legal, etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree above.
  • At least 5 years experience on Sales Administrator or Sales Support

  • Master in MS Offices, windows software usage.

  • Have good sense and able to deal with matters independently
  • Be open minded, proactive and hardworking.
  • Be strong in accepting new issues.
