Our production plant in Poland, opened in 2018, supplies millions of high-end clamps, rings and ‘Quick Connectors’ solutions to customers in the vehicle and manufacturing industries. Our team is also partly responsible for the multi-crimp rings product group. These rings are used for cooling, heating and air intake systems in the vehicle powertrain. Strengthen our team in Legnickie Pole (Legnica) at the earliest possible date !

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Responsibility for Suppliers development in Europe region
  • Supplier audits to drive process standardization and initiate continuous improvement activities.
  • Facilitates the escalation of unresolved supplier quality issues.
  • Conducts on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of correction actions.
  • Collects, analyses and reports procurement performance indicators.
  • Initiates and leads supplier performance improvement projects.
  • Conducts supplier research and potential analysis, including cost analysis to develop new suppliers.
  • Conducts supplier approval process and material validation.
  • Supports category management on periodical risk assessment.
  • Develops and maintains strategic relationships to assigned suppliers on operational levels.
  • Promotes the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • min  3-year experience on similar position in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (e.g., VDA, IATF16949, ISO9000, ISO14000).
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems
  • Ability to speak and write in English at an advanced level
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 40%
  • Ability to work with the highest levels of integrity and compliance
