Responsible to produce and oversee all Production Schedules and plans for ONY-Machining based upstream demand.

Essential Functions

• Organizes production schedules and reports for parts to be manufactured. Utilizes MRP as well as other system reports necessary to make proper decisions.
• Works with Manufacturing to create finite schedules and follows up to ensure production dates are met.
• Monitors daily production performance and adjusts schedules accordingly
• Ensures compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Uses ERP system and other tools to monitor and update the Production Schedules as necessary to meet Planning Demands.
• Coordinates the execution of the production schedule with all cross-functional team members
• Prepares daily shift schedules which will ensure master Production Schedule is met
• Prepares information based on current production requirements for use in forecasting and establishing optimal inventory levels.
• Assists production management in creating actionable solutions when peaks in demand put level loading at risk- includes labor hour and machine hour requirements.

Education I Experience

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• 5 years related experience in a manufacturing environment or Associate's / Bachelor's degree in related field
