Job Description

Take care of the entire employee lifecycle being based at the plant location.

Job Purpose

Responsible for all human resource activities for the company such as recruitment , Payroll, Training &    

development , employee relations, Security, and General Administration Affairs.

HR

√   Source and assist line managers in recruiting the candidates giving a best job profile fit.

√   Organize induction and support new recruits to settle in their jobs faster and effectively 

√   Training for relevant employees with the process  

√   Manage the compensation / increment /promotion process/ PMS annually. 

√   Liaise with other functional / departmental managers so as to understand all necessary

     aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR  

     objectives, purposes and achievements.  

√   Develop policies and procedures to build a productive and fun work culture. 

IR

√   Develop harmonious relations with the employees.  

√   In association with the plant Head, develop norms to maintain discipline and optimize 

     productivity.   

Pers. Admn. (Time office related activities )

√   Implement personnel polices, procedures ( leaves, work practices etc ) which are  

     employee and organization friendly.  

√   Manage the employee attendance and payroll process.  

√   Create and maintain the employee database and personal files. 

√   Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality 

     management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general 

     duty of care.   

√   Responsible for transport / Canteen / Safety / House-keeping / Garden. 

√   Liaison with various government bodies and meet the statutory requirements ( Contract

     labor licenses, Factory licenses, MPCB, etc)  

 

Qualifications

MBA in HR or equivalent with 10plus years of experience in HR domain.

Excellent written and verbal communication.
