Job Description

  • Develops and executes a clearly defined social media strategy in support of strategic marketing initiatives while increasing brand equity and online awareness. Includes evaluating, planning, organizing, managing and contributing to all social media channels ensuring a consistent marketing message.
  • Supports Oetiker marketing professionals in the development, execution and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns leveraging marketing automation systems (ex: Salesforce).
  • Increases brand awareness through development and management of content via global campaigns, digital marketing platforms and social media.
  • Develops effective professional media assets for use within social and digital platforms, campaigns and remote selling tactics (videos, video snippets, GIFs).
  • Measures and monitors key metrics and analyzes effectiveness of social media strategy and digital campaigns to maximize results.
  • Works closely and collaborates with cross-functional teams including Market & Application Teams, Regional Marketing and Agencies.
  • Maintains control of electronic files such as: file system of artwork, digital assets, collateral, project files, PowerPoint presentations, project tracking reports and translations.
  • Supports day-to-day Corporate Marketing needs as requested.

Qualifications

  • Experience executing global marketing projects, processes and principles.
  • Successful track record of implementing digital campaigns leveraging marketing automation software (Experience in Salesforce is a plus).
  • Experience successfully working in Adobe Creative Cloud applications; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro.
  • Strong capabilities in MS Office, Google Analytics and Tag Manager, SEO, Social Media platforms and email marketing, web design/development, HTML and CSS, digital advertising such as Google AdWords.
  • Detail oriented with strong project management skills and ability to work well independently and in cross-functional global teams.
  • Highly skilled in brand compliance and execution.
  • Well organized, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Additional Information

Job requires 2 days onsite per week in the Marlette Michigan facility.
