Job Description

1)Line inspection (First piece inspection approval,material clearance) & predispatch inspection reports (dock audit)

2)Internal gauge verification/calibration  

3)Measuring instrument calibration from third party NABL accredited labs - Co-ordination 

4)Implementation of corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints, internal and external audits,customer audits.

5)Customer specific reports (Predispatch inspection reports,layout inspection reports,self assessment audit reports)

6)Ensure health and safety standards on the shopfloor  

7)Ensuring the quality system / environment system are established and maintained as per International standards

8)Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes, Inspection standards 

9)Periodical reporting of the management system performance with suggestions for improvements

10)Plan and perform employees training in quality and environmental matters

11)Plan and coordinate internal process audits

12)Sales support for quality matters

13)Preparation of quality reports and PPAPs

14)Ensure the quality of purchased goods ( Incoming Raw & Packaging materials) that may affect to Product Quality 

15)Performing process capability study,MSA study  

Qualifications

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and 2 to 3 years experience in automobile industry.

Additional Information

Experience must include the followings.

Internal auditor of  ISO 9001,  IATF16949 , ISO 14001 and ISO 45000

Ample knowledge in quality management and problem solving methods ,core tools(8D, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA )

Knowledge in handling spectro, UTM, Profile projector and hardness tester.
