Job Description

Position Summary

Monthly attendance record checking, hotel and ticket booking, foreign affairs issue, shuttle bus and canteen administration, update phonebook, etc.

Essential Functions

Admin

·        Flight tickets booking for company employees and staffs from other companies if necessary

·        Hotel booking, select qualified hotels and sign contract

·        Canteen administration, order meal for staff, and monthly balance accounts with meal supplier

·        Arrange daily transportation including the subcontract drivers

·        Shuttle bus administration including submit expenses and check the bill

·        Security Guards administration

·        Bidding document preparation

·        Kinds of activities: Birthday Party/Company Outing/Annual Party/Anniversary Party/Family Day/Christmas Party /Competition of Make traditional Chinese rice-pudding / Sports Game etc.

·        Contact translation agency

·        Rent apartment for visitors

·        Update Tele-list monthly

·        Fingerprint collection for new hires

·        Door access card preparation for new hires work in the office building

·        Contact OCHS for name card printing

·        Check the monthly attendance records both OCH and Branch offices

·        Invitation letters issue for foreigners

·        Input new staff personal information in system

·        For new staff, transfer personal files, make employment formalities, make pay card etc

·        Monthly food& beverage and cleaning consumables purchasing

HR Support

·        Employee On/Off boarding support

·        Update and maintain HR system

·        Monthly HR report

·        Labor contract and personal file management

·        Support Employee Relations(retire, injury, maternity, termination, law suit)

·        Liaise with local government for subsidy and annual audit

·        Other jobs assigned by Head Human Resources China

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

·        Able to express literally and orally in clear way, work carefully, positively, creatively and have strong responsibility. .

·        Passed CET-4 and be fluent in speaking, reading, listening.

·        Be familiar in MS office usage.

·        Able to plan and organize self-activities independently.

·        Have good communication and cooperation ability, and have teamwork spirit.

·        Have good relationships with others.

·        Have relevant proficiency in writing essays and announcement.

Education / Experience

·        Bachelor Degree, preferred major in Business English.

·        Be familiar with HR& Administration work, 3 year experience above.
