CQE

a)      receive customer feedback and forward to relevant departments. Take containment actions with other departments like arrange urgent delivery or sorting;

b)     Call a meeting with other departments to do root cause analysis in response to feedback from customer. Collect all the information and finish 8D report;

c)      Monitoring the implementation of actions from 8D report and feedback to customer the progress till closure;

d)      Submit inspection report, survey  per customer request;

e)      Visit customer, handling product quality issues at customer site or have teleconference or teams meeting with customer;

f)        Feedback product quality issues to sister plant and follow up define of corrective actions and submit of 8D report to customer;

SQE

g)      Feedback raw material quality issues to procurement or contact supplier directly;

h)      Follow up with supplier the problem solving process;

i)        Evaluate supplier performance periodically;

j)        As interface between supplier and plant, leading supplier change management activity and review supplier PPAP document;

a)      Bachelor degree, major in mechanism is preferable;

b)      Around 10 years quality experience in automotive industry as CQE or SQE;

c)      Very skillful on 8D method, familiar with AIAG 5 Core Tools, IATF16949 and VDA6.3;

d)      Self motivated, team work and strong logical thinking;

e)      Good command of English, can have teleconference or Teams meeting with overseas colleagues;

Can speak Japanese or working experience in Japanese company is perferable.
