Job Summary - HR Generalist

This is a full time, temporary position, with an expected duration of 6 months. 01 August 2021 - 28 January 2022. Part-time will be considered.

Essential Functions

  • Administration of company benefits and payroll.
  • Schedule employee training and maintain training records
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain Human Resource Information System and personnel records.
  • Complete new hire onboarding.
  • Complete monthly reporting.
  • Program & Event Management
  • Complete miscellaneous administrative items as needed.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 

  • Knowledge of HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP and Novatime.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook 
  • Strong oral and written communication

Education / Experience 

  • Associate’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ equivalent experience required or open to someone with strong administrative background
  • Manufacturing environment experience preferred​
