- Supports Sales Administration and Sales Desk
- Quotation preparation
- Contract review coordination
- Order processing
- Other operations for supporting new business development
- Sales Expenses
- Annual budget drafting
- Routine checking and monitoring
- General Affairs
- Vehicle management of Shanghai sales office
- Facility maintenance of office and warehouse
- Visitor receiving relevant
- Meeting organization, such as annual MAS meeting
- Payment
- Coordinates OPS and Safety management
- Coordinates HR relevant to be compliant with local labor law
- Coordinates Finance relevant, such as local Tax issues
- Others assigned by function head
Qualifications
- Team-work spirit with good communication skill
- Proficiency in office software, SAP ERP & CRM
- Be good at written and speaking English
- Service oriented
- Financial and HR knowledge is preferred
- Customer oriented
- IATF16949 knowledge is preferred
