Job Description

  • Supports Sales Administration and Sales Desk

-         Quotation preparation

-         Contract review coordination

-         Order processing

-   Other operations for supporting new business development

  • Sales Expenses

-         Annual budget drafting

-         Routine checking and monitoring

  • General Affairs

-         Vehicle management of Shanghai sales office

-         Facility maintenance of office and warehouse

-         Visitor receiving relevant

-         Meeting organization, such as annual MAS meeting

-         Payment

  • Coordinates OPS and Safety management
  • Coordinates HR relevant to be compliant with local labor law
  • Coordinates Finance relevant, such as local Tax issues
  • Others assigned by function head

Qualifications

  • Team-work spirit with good communication skill
  • Proficiency in office software, SAP ERP & CRM
  • Be good at written and speaking English
  • Service oriented
  • Financial and HR knowledge is preferred
  • Customer oriented
  • IATF16949 knowledge is preferred
