• 依据设备维护指导书进行设备日常维护工作
• 在日常维护过程中对发现的问题进行记录整理并提出在改进意见
• 对于机床重复发生故障能够提出正确的改善意见并参与改善计划
• 了解机床基本工艺，并掌握机床的基本操作
• 熟悉管理保持现场5S
• 对生产线调试过程中出现的问题能够给予正确的支持
• 对设备突发问题能够先期快速解决并与工程师商讨后续彻底解决方案
• 服从上级安排的其它工作和任务

• 大专及以上学历。
• 机械工程及自动化，机械电子工程，工业工程，材料科学与工程，机械设计制造及其自动化等专业。
• 有冲压、机加工设备维护、维修经验，从事相关工作3年以上。
• 持有低压电工证。

• 具备良好的专业知识（机械，液压，气动，电器）
• 能够看懂简单的英文说明书（借助工具）
• 扎实的动手能力，能够操作钻床，铣床，磨床，车床加工一些简单零件
• 能够独立看懂机械，液压，气动，简单的电器图纸
• 身体健康，吃苦耐劳，工作认真踏实，有很强的责任心，任劳任怨。
• 专业素质良好，良好的沟通技巧和质量意识。
• 自我约束，自我激励，并具有团结同事的能力
