Ø  Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality System Documents as per the ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45000

Ø  Responsible for customer audit and closely work with team to closure of the findings

Ø  Responsible for In house & External Calibration of Gauges and Instruments

Ø  Handling of customer complaints and maintain customer portal up to date.

Ø  Ensure the quality of purchaser goods ( Incoming Raw & Packaging materials) that may affect to Product Quality

Ø  Ensure functional testing activity of product like chemical, mechanical testing.

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality function with at least 2 years experience in automotive or ancillary industry.

Exposure to ISO 9001,   IATF16949 , ISO 14001, Kaizen etc

Experience must include the followings.

Internal auditor of  ISO 9001,  IATF16949 , ISO 14001 and ISO 45000

Manufacturing process Audit as per VDA 6.3

Ample knowledge in quality management and problem solving methods ,core tools(8D, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA )

Knowledge in handling spectro, UTM, Profile projector and hardness tester.
