Odyssey Interactive is a Canadian Game Development studio formed around the mantra of building "Games you Live". The studio is comprised of experienced devs from a large number of studios and games such as League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Apex Legends, Call of Duty, Warframe and many more. We're a small, talent dense team that is looking to make accessible yet deep PvP games that are played by players all over the world by building games with them from the earliest points in our development process.

We’re looking for an experienced art outsource manager who can be the backbone of our strategy to scale our capabilities as a studio while maintaining a small internal art team. You will manage and maintain relationships with external partners, schedule content production, and deliver feedback to keep them, and us, moving quickly to deliver amazing content to delight our players. We’re working with a stylized, anime inspired IP, so experience working with some or all of handpainted textures, out of this world VFX, or exaggerated animations is required, with a love for anime being a huge plus.

• 5+ years in the games industry on successful titles
• 3+ years working in a similar role, or one that gave you the skills to operate in it (concept, illustration, animation, vfx etc).
• Excellent communication skills to manage both external partners, as well as when interacting with the internal art team.
• In depth understanding of the entire art pipeline related to game dev
• A love of anime!
