Working across multiple jurisdictions, stakeholders and service lines, you will play a key role in transforming operational processes into scalable, technology-enabled solutions. You will spend time with the teams you support, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and delivering tools and workflows that create meaningful improvements. - Configure and enhance workflow and low-code technology solutions, working collaboratively with technology teams and external vendors where required.
- Gather, analyse and prioritise business requirements, translating operational needs into practical and scalable technology-enabled solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to understand challenges, define requirements and shape solution design.
- Support solution testing, implementation, data migration, user training and adoption to ensure successful delivery and long-term value.
- Monitor and enhance existing workflows and tools, responding to feedback, driving continuous improvement and managing change requests.
- Contribute to technology and transformation projects, tracking progress, managing risks and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, demonstrations and project updates to stakeholders across the business
