Job Description
Purpose of the Role
You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for private fund clients and investors. Acting as a trusted point of support, you will help ensure investor transactions, communications, reporting and onboarding activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. Main Responsibilities
- Support investor onboarding activities, including the collection, review and maintenance of KYC and AML documentation.
- Process investor capital activity accurately in accordance with fund offering documents and regulatory requirements.
- Administer investor portals, managing user access, permissions and account setup to ensure a seamless investor experience.
- Coordinate the timely distribution of investor communications, including capital call notices, distribution notices, financial statements and tax reporting documents.
- Support treasury-related activities, including expense payments, distribution funding and related operational processes.
- Maintain accurate investor records and data across multiple systems, ensuring information remains current and complete.
- Build strong relationships with clients and investors by providing responsive, professional and high-quality support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient delivery of investor services and resolution of queries.
- Support process improvement initiatives, special projects and evolving business requirements.
- Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability and service excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications or further study relevant to finance, accounting, fund administration or investor are desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience within private equity, alternative investments, fund administration, investor services or the wider financial services industry and an understanding of investor onboarding, investor servicing, fund structures, AML/KYC requirements are desirable.
- Experience using investor servicing, CRM, fund administration, or compliance platforms such as Allvue, Dynamo, Investran DX, Salesforce, Sentinel, RiskScreen, Ripjar, or similar systems is desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Client-focused mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships.
