Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Working closely with operational teams, subject matter experts and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in building capability across the business through the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives. You will help drive operational excellence by identifying learning opportunities, delivering impactful training and coaching, and supporting teams to enhance performance, quality and client outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain operational training materials, learning pathways, procedural documentation and knowledge resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives, policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Learning & Development, Client Excellence and subject matter experts to deliver engaging learning solutions and continuously enhance the Learning Academy Framework.
- Deliver classroom, virtual and on-the-job training programmes for new and existing employees, supporting the ongoing development of operational knowledge and capabilities.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, quality reviews and performance outcomes, recommending coaching, retraining and development initiatives where required.
- Analyse quality assurance findings, operational issues, customer feedback and compliance trends to identify capability gaps, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate operational insights into targeted learning, coaching and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, productivity and customer outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, quality circles and best practice forums to encourage collaboration and continuous learning across teams.
- Provide one-to-one and team coaching to reinforce expected standards, behaviours and operational procedures, supporting managers in embedding sustainable improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, providing guidance on process execution, learning solutions and capability development.
- Continuously monitor and measure the impact of learning interventions and recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness and business performance.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the ongoing development of the business and its people.
- Maintain a strong awareness of risk and information security requirements, ensuring compliance with Ocorian policies and promptly escalating issues where appropriate.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance or a related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience within a Management Company, Client Service Delivery, Shared Services or Financial Services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial services operations, global business environments and AML/CFT requirements.
- Proven experience in operational training, coaching, quality assurance, continuous improvement or capability development roles.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse quality and performance data, identify trends, conduct root cause analysis and drive meaningful improvements.
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes, learning content and capability development initiatives.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging training and presentation materials.
- Experience with AI and automation tools would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Proactive, analytical and solutions-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and developing people.
