Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Join our Investor Services team and play an important role in supporting a diverse portfolio of alternative asset fund structures. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will help deliver exceptional service throughout the full investor lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing administration and investor servicing. This is a great opportunity to develop your expertise in fund administration, build strong client relationships and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of fund structures and other entities, helping to ensure a seamless experience for clients and investors.
- Build an understanding of client needs and service expectations, contributing to the delivery of a high-quality and responsive client service.
- Assist with investor onboarding activities, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Prepare investor capital calls, distributions and related investor servicing activities accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Respond to investor and fund manager queries professionally and efficiently, helping to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Work closely with the KYC and Compliance teams to support regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of client and investor-related activities in line with agreed service level commitments.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Investor Services and other operational teams to ensure key deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Support the implementation of projects, process improvements and other initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, taking ownership of tasks and supporting the continued growth and success of the Investor Services function.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
