Job Description
Purpose of role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our experienced Private Client Team. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in a professional services environment, gaining hands-on experience supporting complex trust and corporate structures for an international high-net-worth client base.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will develop valuable technical and client-facing skills, build industry knowledge and benefit from ongoing training and professional qualification support, laying the foundations for a successful long-term career in the private client sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience supporting the administration of trusts and corporate structures for a diverse international client base, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices and corporate entities.
- Build valuable professional relationships by working closely with banks, investment managers, legal advisers and other industry specialists.
- Develop practical expertise in client servicing by preparing documentation, maintaining records, coordinating account openings and processing client transactions.
- Play a key role in the establishment of new trust and corporate structures, gaining exposure to regulatory, compliance and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues across the Private Client and Compliance teams, contributing to client reviews, due diligence processes and the delivery of exceptional client service.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A-level school leaver or university graduate.
- Desirable but not essential: a minimum 1 year of experience in company and trust administration or a similar field would be beneficial.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience of Viewpoint would be an advantage but not essential
