Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Develop your career in Risk and Compliance within a global financial services business where you'll play an important role in supporting governance, regulatory standards and business excellence across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with senior Risk and Compliance leaders, you'll contribute to initiatives that help strengthen compliance frameworks and support the continued growth of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise across compliance, financial crime prevention and risk management while working with colleagues across the Ocorian Group. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of jurisdictions, contribute to business-wide initiatives and provide valuable insights that support informed decision-making, operational excellence and a strong culture of compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of compliance review activities across multiple jurisdictions, helping to enhance governance frameworks and support consistent ways of working
- Partner with Risk and Compliance colleagues to enhance and maintain compliance frameworks across the business.
- Review policies, procedures and operational activities, providing insights that support continuous improvement and consistency.
- Gather, analyse and present information that supports reporting, decision-making and business objectives.
- Contribute to compliance and risk-related initiatives that support the growth and development of the Group.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, helping teams build confidence and understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, management information and updates that provide meaningful business insights.
- Support projects and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, governance practices and client outcomes.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience within compliance, risk, regulatory or financial services environments.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks, financial crime prevention and regulatory expectations within a professional services or financial services environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret information and provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different jurisdictions.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate activities, maintain high-quality outputs and contribute to the successful delivery of team objectives.
