Job Description

Purpose of the Job 

Develop your expertise in UAE corporate administration while supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across a broad range of business structures. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, regulatory authorities, financial institutions and internal stakeholders to help deliver seamless corporate and administrative services. From supporting corporate transactions and statutory changes to coordinating regulatory filings and client documentation, you'll play an important part in helping clients meet their operational and compliance obligations. Main Responsibilities 

  • Manage a portfolio of UAE-based clients, providing responsive support and building trusted relationships through high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate corporate administration activities, including board meetings, resolutions, minutes, corporate changes and related statutory documentation.
  • Support company lifecycle events and regulatory processes, including licence renewals, corporate filings, visa applications and entity maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and review client documentation, including KYC records, bank account opening packs, transfer instructions, agreements and compliance-related submissions.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, banks and other external stakeholders to facilitate client transactions and administrative requirements.
  • Assist clients with UAE regulatory obligations, including VAT submissions, Economic Substance Reporting, AML, UBO and other statutory filings.
  • Monitor client matters, identify potential risks or issues and escalate concerns appropriately to support effective risk management and client outcomes.
  • Contribute to team projects and operational initiatives while maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to Ocorian policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 

  • Degree in Law, Management, Finance or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years' experience within financial services, corporate services or a related environment.
  • Good understanding of financial services regulatory requirements and corporate structures, with exposure to company administration, funds, trusts or related business activities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, regulatory authorities and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a strong commitment to client service.
  • Desirable: Professional qualifications such as ICSA, ACCA or equivalent, together with experience using regulatory filing platforms and working within the UAE regulatory environment.
