Job Description

Purpose of Role 

Reporting directly to the Regional Head of the Americas, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a diverse international client portfolio. You'll gain exposure across corporate administration, governance, compliance, and operational activities, working with a wide range of stakeholders while helping to ensure exceptional client service and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Lead and manage CDD/KYC processes for client onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger events, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Take ownership of onboarding workflows, proactively identifying and resolving issues to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring all due diligence information is complete and up to date.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate potential compliance risks, inconsistencies, and control gaps.
  • Partner with Compliance, Operations, and business teams across the Group to support effective risk management and client service delivery.
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting, governance initiatives, quality assurance activities, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in risk, compliance, corporate administration, or a regulated environment.
  • Good understanding of AML/CFT requirements, including PEPs and enhanced due diligence processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and follow established procedures.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
