Job Description
Purpose of the Role
Looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Manage a portfolio of real estate-focused client entities, ensuring the timely delivery of corporate administration, governance, and compliance requirements. Build strong client relationships, coordinate key stakeholders, and help deliver exceptional service across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of real estate client entities, delivering corporate administration and governance services across multiple jurisdictions.
- Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including preparing board packs, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring statutory information remains accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with accountants, auditors, banks, property managers, legal counsel, tax advisors, and other service providers to support client activities and reporting requirements.
- Ensure transactions, payments, workflows, and regulatory obligations are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Build strong client relationships, delivering a high standard of service while proactively managing expectations and resolving issues.
- Support team success through quality reviews, knowledge sharing, KPI monitoring, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Essential: Proven experience in company secretarial services and corporate governance, including the preparation of board packs, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and visa/residence permit applications.
- Minimum 4 years' experience within the global business, corporate services, or financial services sector.
- Progress towards a professional qualification such as STEP, CGI (formerly ICSA), ACCA, or equivalent would be advantageous.
- A degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
