Job Description

Purpose of the Job

Develop your expertise in Investor Services while supporting a diverse portfolio of fund clients and investors across a range of fund structures. In this role, you'll gain valuable exposure to investor onboarding, KYC and due diligence processes, fund operations and regulatory requirements, helping to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and investors alike. You'll work closely with internal teams, investors and stakeholders to ensure onboarding activities, investor transactions and key deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently. Main Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding of investors by collecting, reviewing and assessing KYC and due diligence documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate investor records and data within internal systems, ensuring information remains complete, current and reliable.
  • Coordinate investor transactions and fund activities, including distributions and related investor servicing processes.
  • Prepare and deliver client and investor reporting requirements in line with agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and other internal teams to support capital activity, distributions and broader fund administration processes.
  • Develop a strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, client structures and governing documents to support informed decision-making.
  • Act as a key point of contact for investor queries within your area of responsibility, building positive and professional relationships.
  • Monitor potential risks, uphold internal policies and procedures and escalate issues appropriately to support effective risk management.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with investors, clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and high-quality standards.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to take initiative, exercise sound judgement and contribute positively to team objectives.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing a career within investor services and financial services.
  • Desirable: Exposure to investor onboarding, KYC/CDD processes, fund administration or related financial services activities.
