Job Description

Purpose of the Job

If you enjoy building meaningful client relationships and delivering exceptional service, this role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of trust structures in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will partner closely with clients and colleagues to help protect and grow client relationships, ensure structures are managed effectively and compliantly, and deliver the high standards of service and expertise that our clients value and trust.

Main Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in managing a diverse portfolio of trust structures, building a deep understanding of your clients, their objectives and what matters most to them.
  • Play a key role in fulfilling trustee responsibilities, from preparing resolutions and processing distributions to coordinating accounts, maintaining letters of wishes and completing periodic reviews.
  • Keep client records accurate, organised and up to date, helping to ensure every interaction is supported by high-quality information and documentation.
  • Welcome new clients and structures into the business, guiding onboarding and due diligence processes with care, professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Help safeguard clients' interests by maintaining the highest standards of compliance, anti-money laundering controls and regulatory awareness.
  • Become a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through responsive communication, practical solutions and exceptional service.
  • Work alongside bankers, lawyers, accountants and other professional advisers to ensure client structures are managed smoothly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different jurisdictions, sharing knowledge and expertise to create a seamless experience for clients.
  • Support the commercial success of your portfolio through timely billing, debt collection and accurate recording of client-related work.
  • Take pride in delivering high-quality work, meeting commitments and exceeding expectations wherever possible.
  • Contribute ideas, support projects and help drive continuous improvements that enhance the client experience and strengthen the business.
  • Exercise sound judgement in identifying and escalating risks or issues, while always keeping clients' best interests at the forefront of your decisions.
  • Be a supportive team member who is willing to step in where needed, embracing new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and client relationship management skills, with a good understanding of risk awareness and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels and respond to client needs professionally and efficiently.
  • Proactive, adaptable and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work accurately and on time.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working with colleagues to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Knowledge of trust and corporate structures, investments, accounting, tax, legislation and regulatory requirements would be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a high level of integrity.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
