Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Join Ocorian's Entity Management Team in Mauritius and play a key role in supporting our international offices, including colleagues across the Americas. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex company secretarial and administrative matters, develop your technical expertise, and help mentor junior team members while building your career in a collaborative global organisation.
Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex entity management requests and ensure they are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Manage company secretarial and administrative processes while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Process and monitor tasks through Viewpoint, NavOne and other internal systems.
- Support colleagues with complex matters and help drive efficient solutions for internal stakeholders.
- Review work completed by junior team members and help maintain exceptional quality standards.
- Coach, mentor and support junior colleagues in their professional development.
- Liaise with internal clients to resolve queries and keep matters progressing smoothly.
- Assist with reporting, team performance tracking and the day-to-day success of the Entity Management Team.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years' experience within a Management Company, corporate services or a similar financial services environment.
- A professional qualification such as ICSA/ICG, STEP or ACCA would be an advantage.
- Experience working with Viewpoint, NavOne or similar systems would be beneficial.
- Client-facing experience and confidence in building strong professional relationships.
- A solid understanding of financial services, company secretarial and corporate administration processes.
- Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and AML/CFT requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work US hours (16:30 to 01:00) and collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
