A leading construction company based in Abuja is currently seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic Talent Manager to join its growing team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing the firm's overarching talent management strategy, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent necessary for sustainable growth and operational excellence.

The role is based in Abuja, Nigeria.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing talent strategies, designing and implementing learning and development (L&D) initiatives tailored to upskill employees at all levels, foster career progression, and build leadership capabilities. In addition, the Talent Manager will drive employee engagement & org effectiveness programs, creating an inclusive and motivating workplace culture that enhances employee satisfaction, productivity, and loyalty.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in talent acquisition and onboarding, succession planning and retention, performance management, training facilitation, and employee relations—preferably within fast-paced industries like construction, real estate, or engineering. Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of evolving HR trends are key for success.

Master’s in HR/Psychology
CIPM, SHRM or HRCI certified
8+ yrs exp. (4+ yrs in similar role)
Strong in analytics, leadership & change management
