Implements the vendor sourcing process in line with agreed procurement guidelines

Plans and forecasts the procurement requirements of Client

Maintains relationships with vendors

Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers with intention to provide favourable terms for Client

Processes vendor invoices as required

Supervises the inspection of material deliveries

Liaises with the various divisions to know their needs and requirements and expedites the procurement process for such

Tracks overall spending and ensures it’s within the budget

Conducts due diligence of potential suppliers and monitors performance of pre‐qualified suppliers engaged by Client

Evaluates suppliers’ offers in terms of the commercial and technical requirements and prepares the appropriate management reports

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Procurement function in a similar organisation focusing on petroleum products procurement

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences, or any other relevant discipline.

Member of relevant professional qualification e.g. Chartered institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS),
