A prominent DRILLING organization in Dubai/Nigeria executing project for major IOC's is recruiting. It is long-term and Cyber/Jack up/Semi-semisubmersible experience is essential, the successful candidate must be willing to relocate to these locations. Vacancy is open to Expat, Nationals and Repatriates. 

Responsible for the safe navigation, operation, and management of Cyber/Jack up/Semi-semisubmersible fleet of barges and other vessels. Knowledgeable in vessel operations, navigation, seamanship, and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Plan and coordinate the loading and unloading of cargo, manage personnel onboard, and ensure that all cargo is properly secured. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of vessels, ensuring that the vessel is properly maintained and that all safety equipment is in working order. Must be skilled in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Supervise barge operations, including loading and unloading cargo
• Maintain records of cargo, personnel, and barge movement
• Ensure barge is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Inspect and maintain barge equipment
• Monitor and adjust barge loading to ensure stability and balance
• Provide communication between barge personnel and shore-side personnel
• Train and supervise barge crew and personnel
• Coordinate barge crew duties and assignments

Minimum 10 years experience in onshore or offshore drilling operation.
