An independent Power Plant Construction Company is recruiting Contracts and Business Support Specialist
Job Description
The contract & Business Support specialist will be responsible for all phases of contract life cycle and sales performance report.
Development of contracts to researching the legal regulations to negotiating the terms and preparing the print document. The incumbent will collaborate with a legal team or at times work independently to evaluate bids and draft documents.
Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives
Identify and keep up with sales trends
Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
Ability to interpret sales metrics
Qualifications
Degree in law or related disciplines
3+ years of legal or paralegal experience, preferably working directly with contract law
Knowledge of current and legally-binding contractual language and terminology
Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, customer complaints, and client concerns
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an impeccable mastery of the English language
Knowledge of negotiation best practices, both in-person and in written form, that considers cultural norms and the client's best interests
