Job Description
The Zonal Head is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty across his/her Zone of coverage. Your job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Zonal Head will provide technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the business’s products. Zonal Head’s will supervise Team leads and report to the Head of Trade Initiative Team.
Updating and documenting all activities for agents into systems in a accurate and timely manner to track activities for future references.
Executing meetings and events to educate and guide customers on products and other services and its benefits to support customer buying selection.
Implementing research activities to analyze client feedback and monitoring new and existing plans and executions for desirable results.
Notifying process problems and challenges to departments and maintaining brand relationships with sales and marketing teams and clients effectively.
Qualifications
● Experience managing field sales teams.
● Experience in the use of Excel (to analyze data)
● Strong understanding of corporate strategy and performance management principles ● Knowledge of CRM usage
