Job Description

The Customer Relations Manager must be versatile in the use of either of SAP/SAGE/Microsoft Dynamics.

The Customer Relations Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure their continued allegiance to our Clients and its products or services.

The Customer Relations Manager will build and maintain relationships with customers and key personnel within customer companies.

Conduct business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and services.

Alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key customers.

Inform customers about other products the company offers.

Attend meetings with customers to build relationships with existing accounts.

Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants.

Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and reviews.

Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.

Qualifications

BSc/HND in Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Marketing or other relevant discipline. Minimum of 7 years work experience as a Customer Relation Manager or similar position. Background in customer service industry is an added advantage. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms e.g. Salesforce. .
