Our Client a diversified solution provider with a broad portfolio in power generation, electrical infrastructures, industrial equipment, elevators & escalators and HVAC is currently beefing up its team

Supervise section in accordance with Client policies & manufacturing procedures

Accountable for section Productivity and Quality;

1)      General Supervision of TV/REF/AC assembly Lines

2)      Adherence to policies and procedures

3)      Supervise & co-ordinate section work routine ( start, close, breaks, overtime,
         vacation, absenteeism, discipline, shift pattern )

4)      Co-ordinate training & employee development

5)      Ensure Safe work environment

6)      Section representative on other teams, projects, etc..

7)      Reporting daily assembly and faulty units to production manager assistant in parallel with store reports

8)      Arranging of SOP per model

9)      Collection of materials from store warehouse into assembly warehouse

10)   Inventory tracking , physical stock vs. system stock

Ensure Quality process is set with Quality section

Minimum of 4-6 years work experience in a similar role.
