Join our dynamic delivery crew as we create unforgettable event experiences! As a Delivery Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our furniture, tableware, and decor items are delivered to various venues, hotels and private residences throughout SWFL and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, including retrieving rental equipment from event sites and loading into vehicle
• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport event rentals to designated locations.
• Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries, following established routes and schedules.
• Assist with loading and unloading rental items, maintaining their condition and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, acting as a friendly and professional representative of the company.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and well-maintained, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain delivery logs, records, and invoices for accurate order tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient logistics and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Excellent time management skills, enabling timely deliveries and adherence to schedules.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, providing a positive and professional client experience.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations, ensuring compliance during deliveries.
• Flexibility and availability to work weekends as it is an essential requirement for this role.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrating safe and responsible driving habits.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy objects (minimum of 50lbs), ensuring the proper handling of event rentals during loading and unloading
• Comfortable walking long distances while moving equipment
• Capable of bending, walking, and standing for 8 hours or more
• Willingness to work in non-air-conditioned environments, such as the warehouse or outdoor event spaces 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings with punctuality and dependability being essential
