A vacancy has become available for a Regional Assessor within the Bloemfontein region.

As the OUTsurance Regional Claims Assessor you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising personal lines and business claims.

Responsibilities:

• Validate all incidents and claims

• Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning, photographs etc.)

• Liaise with service providers

• Meeting with clients, witnesses, SAPS officials,  etc.

• Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that.

• Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients.

• Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.

Minimum Requirements...

Location:

• Applicants must currently reside in or around the Free State Central area.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Matric/Grade 12
• Valid Driver’s license is essential
• FAIS Accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial
• Post Matric qualification will be beneficial

Experience:

• Investigation/Assessing experience, especially in a short-term insurance industry is essential
• Previous insurance claims experience will be beneficial
• Commercial Insurance training will be an added advantage
• SAPS investigations experience is beneficial

Dealing with people in a stressful, deadline orientated environment is essential. Must be willing to travel locally when required.
