Job Description
Capture and register claims on the Summit system
Handle Admin and follow up on concerning claims
- Dealing with queries from Clients, Face to Face Agents, Brokers and service providers
Liaise with service providers and assessors
Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality in place
Handling all claims in a professional and proficient manner
Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 minimum requirement
- Computer Literate
- Previous Claims and Broker Services experience is advantageous
- OBM & OUM Product experience is essential

- Computer Literate
- Previous Claims experience will be beneficial
- Client Services experience will be advantageous
- Enthusiastic in dealing with people in a stressful, deadline orientated environment is essential.
