• Capture and register claims on the Summit system

• Handle Admin and follow up on concerning claims

• Dealing with queries from Clients, Face to Face Agents, Brokers and service providers

• Liaise with service providers and assessors

• Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality in place

• Handling all claims in a professional and proficient manner

• Matric / Grade 12 minimum requirement
• Computer Literate
• Previous Claims and Broker Services experience is advantageous
• OBM & OUM Product experience is essential

Requirements:

• Computer Literate
• Previous Claims experience will be beneficial
• Client Services experience will be advantageous
• Enthusiastic in dealing with people in a stressful, deadline orientated environment is essential.
