Job Description

A vacancy has become available for a Multi Skilled Assessor within the Mpualanga region.

As the OUTsurance Claims Assessor (Multi-skilled) you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising personal lines and business claims.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Validate all incidents and claims

  • Meeting with clients, witnesses, SAPS officials, towing operators etc.

  • Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning, photographs etc.)

  • Liaise with service providers

  • Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that.

  • Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients.

  • Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements...

Applicants must currently reside in or around the Witbank, Secunda, Piet Retief or Middelburg area.

Qualifications & requirements

  • Valid Driver’s licence

  • Valid passport (not expired)

  • Matric/Grade 12 Certificate

  • FAIS Accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial.

  • Commercial training will be an added advantage

Experience:

  • Investigation/Assessing experience, especially in a short-term insurance industry is essential

  • Client service experience

  • SAPS investigations experience is beneficial
